Sixth-form Philosophy Conference at Newnham College Cambridge

Now cancelled due to developing Coronovirus situation - our apologies!

Teachers need to submit applications for bookings here by midnight on Thursday 5th March 2020.  Schools will be informed by Monday 9th March with confirmation of places.

This conference will provide academically able Year 12 students with the opportunity to explore some topics in Philosophy. It is open to those currently studying philosophy, and to those who are thinking of studying it at university. The day will consist of three lectures given by leading academic staff from the Cambridge philosophy Faculty. The aim is to enrich and extend, rather than simply duplicate, the coverage of topics typically studied in school. There is no charge.
